Easy Cake Roll Recipe

PREHEAT oven to 350℉.
PREPARE cake mix according to package instructions. Pour batter into two 8 inch baking pans sprayed with non-stick spray.
BAKE for 34-38 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
BREAK up the cake and mix in 1/3 of the chocolate frosting tub for each cake. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
ROLL each cake between two pieces of plastic wrap until they reach an 8x12 rectangle. Spread 1/2 tub of vanilla-flavored frosting per roll cake. Gently but firmly use the bottom piece of plastic to reroll. Pour ½ a tub of melted chocolate frosting over each cake until covered and refrigerate for 1 hour.
