1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Vanilla Premium Cake Mix

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions

1 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Confetti Vanilla Flavored Frosting

Round cookie cutter

Piping bag

Piping tip (number 1M)

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS

Step 1

PREPARE cake mix according to box instructions. Spray a baking sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. If desired, cut a piece of parchment paper to line the bottom of the sheet pan. Spray the parchment paper with non-stick cooking spray too. Pour cake batter onto the baking sheet.

Step 2

BAKE at 350° F for 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes. Invert pan onto a wire cooling rack and remove parchment paper if added from the cake. Using a round cutter, cut out circles for mini cakes. Enjoy remaining scraps of cake for a chef’s snack. 

Step 3

SPOON frosting into a piping bag fitted with an open star piping tip. Pipe a rosette onto one round of a mini cake. Add sprinkles from frosting lid. Add the second and third layers of the mini cake and repeat.
