Funfetti® Birthday Gooey Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Premium Cake and Cupcake Mix
½ cup butter, melted
4 large eggs
1 8 oz. cream cheese
4 cups confectioner’s sugar
Funfetti sprinkles
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREHEAT the oven to 350° F.
Step 2
MIX cake mix, 2 eggs and and melted butter in a large bowl until well combined. Pat dough into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Step 3
STIR cream cheese and 2 eggs together in a bowl. Add in confectioner’s sugar, one cup at a time. Stir until combined. Pour over dough mixture.
Step 4
BAKE for for 40-45 min, or until golden brown. Cool completely until serving.
Step 5
TOP with powdered sugar and sprinkles. Enjoy!
