Funfetti® Cake Mix Waffles
INGREDIENTS
1 package Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Premium Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions
Nonstick cooking spray
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREPARE cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil and eggs. Let stand 3 minutes.
Step 2
COAT waffle iron with no-stick cooking spray. Heat on medium-low setting. Bake batter in hot waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions or until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Repeat to bake remaining batter.
Funfetti® Waffle Sundaes
Step 1
SEPARATE each baked waffle into 4 rectangles or wedges. Place 1 waffle on each serving plate. Top with ice cream, then another waffle, pressing down slightly to spread ice cream. Top with ice cream toppings, whipped cream and cherries, as desired.
