Funfetti® Madeleines Recipe
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions
Piping tip (number 5)
PREPARE cake mix according to box instructions. Add 2 teaspoons of batter to each madeleine mold. Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 10-13 minutes or until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Repeat for remaining batter.
DUST madeleines on a platter with confectioner’s sugar.
SPOON frosting into a piping bag fitted with piping tip number 5. Pipe decorative designs of choice onto each madeleine. Top with sprinkles from frosting lid.
