Funfetti® Pancake Stack Recipe
3/4 cup water
Butter, to serve
Syrup, to serve
Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Mix pancake mix and water in a bowl until there are no large lumps. Let the batter stand for 3 minutes.
Melt butter onto the pan. Working in batches, drop 1/4 cup pancake batter by into hot pan. Cook 1 - 1 1/2 seconds per side, or until pancakes are golden brown.
Repeat with remaining pancake batter. Serve with butter and syrup.
