Funfetti® Sheet Pan Pancake
Preheat oven to 500° F. Prepare pancake mix according to package directions, using 3 cups pancake mix and 2 ¼ cups water.
Line a 11”x16” baking pan with parchment paper. Brush with melted butter. Pour the pancake mix onto the baking pan. Visually divide the baking pan into four quadrants and top with desired toppings, such as strawberries, berries or chocolate chips.
Immediately lower the oven temperature to 400° F after putting sheet pan pancakes into the oven. Bake for 18 minutes, rotating the sheet pan halfway through the bake time.
Remove the pancakes from the oven and brush immediately with melted butter. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving. Top with syrup and additional butter. Enjoy!
