Funfetti® Unicorn Magic Cones
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package direction
24 ice cream cake cones (about 2 ¾ 4-inches tall with flat bottoms)
1 package blue fondant
Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Spoon a scant 3 tablespoons batter into each cone. (Do not overfill.) Stand cones upright in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
Place frosting in decorating bag fitted with medium star tip. Pipe a decorative swirl of frosting on top of each cupcake cone, beginning at outside edge and working up. Sprinkle with candy bits from frosting.
Using the fondant, create mini unicorn horns to place in the center of the frosted cupcakes along with two small circles pinches at the bottom for ears.
