Funfetti®Dot Cake
INGREDIENTS
1 box Funfetti® Premium Cake and Cupcake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box directions (water, oil, eggs)
1 tub Funfetti® Confetti Vanilla Frosting
Small jars or cake tins
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare cake mix according to box instructions.
Step 2
Grease a 9x13 baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Pour batter onto baking sheet, spreading evenly.
Step 3
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until lightly golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.
Step 4
Using the jars or cake tins, cut out rounds and press into the containers. Save scraps for snacking.
Step 5
Pipe frosting onto each cake. Use a spatula to smooth the frosting into a flat, even layer across the top.
Step 6
Place sprinkles from the frosting into a shallow bowl or place. Dip the cakes in to coat in a layer.
