  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package Pillsbury™ Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/3 cup mashed banana
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, divided
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 9-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  • Step 2Whisk egg in medium bowl. Add brownie mix, banana, water and oil. Stir 50 strokes or until blended. Stir in 1/4 cup walnuts. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup walnuts.
  • Step 3Bake 28 to 31 minutes or until set in center. Cool completely.
