Ingredients
  • 1 package Pillsbury™ Gluten Free Classic Yellow Cake Mix
  • Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 container Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Vanilla Flavored Frosting
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. Line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • Step 2Prepare cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil and eggs. Blend in almond extract. Divide into prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake according to package instructions for cupcakes. Cool according to package instructions.
  • Step 3Place frosting in decorating bag fitted with medium star tip. Pipe small swirl of frosting in center of each cupcake.
