Ingredients
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 package Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Gluten Free Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup white baking chips
  • 1 container Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Vanilla Flavored Frosting
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9-inch round baking pan with parchment or wax paper. Coat with no-stick cooking spray.
  • Step 2Blend cake mix, butter and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium-low speed until evenly moistened, yet crumbly.
  • Step 3Press 2/3 of mixture in bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with baking chips. Drizzle evenly with sweetened condensed milk. Sprinkle remaining cake mix mixture evenly over top. Press gently to flatten.
  • Step 4Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
  • Step 5Remove cookie cake from pan. Remove parchment paper. Place on serving plate. Place frosting in decorating bag fitted with star tip. Decorate and garnish as desired.
