Gluten Free Funfetti® Cookie Cake
HEAT oven to 350°F. Line 9-inch round baking pan with parchment or wax paper. Coat with no-stick cooking spray.
BLEND cake mix, butter and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium-low speed until evenly moistened, yet crumbly.
PRESS 2/3 of mixture in bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with baking chips. Drizzle evenly with sweetened condensed milk. Sprinkle remaining cake mix mixture evenly over top. Press gently to flatten.
BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
REMOVE cookie cake from pan. Remove parchment paper. Place on serving plate. Place frosting in decorating bag fitted with star tip. Decorate and garnish as desired.
