Mini Funfetti Dessert Cakes
INGREDIENTS
1 package Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Vanilla Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions
1 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Vanilla Flavored Frosting
1 dozen small jars
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREPARE cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil and eggs. Bake in 13 x 9-inch baking pan according to package instructions. Cool completely.
Step 2
CRUMBLE cooled cake into extra-large bowl. Portion cake crumbles into small jars.
Step 3
Stir ¾ of the sprinkles from the frosting into the tub. Fill a piping bag or zip top bag with frosting and pipe a swirl into each jar. Top with cake crumbles and remaining sprinkles.
