Neapolitan Brownie Cheesecake
Additional ingredients to prepare brownie mix per package instructions
3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened, divided
3/4 cup butter, softened, divided
2 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
PREPARE brownie mix according to package instructions using oil, water and eggs. Bake in 13 x 9-inch baking pan according to package instructions. Cool completely on wire rack.
BEAT 1 1/2 packages cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled brownie layer. Chill at least 30 minutes.
BEAT remaining 1 1/2 packages cream cheese and 1/4 cup butter in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add frosting; beat until smooth. Spread evenly over plain cheesecake layer. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
