INGREDIENTS

Nonstick cooking spray

1 package Pillsbury Family Size Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix

Vegetable Oil, water and eggs for brownie mix preparation

12 (0.55 oz.) snack size peanut butter cups, chopped

3/4 cup cocktail peanuts

1 (12 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (2 cups)

1 1/4 cups Creamy Peanut Butter

1 tablespoon butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups crisp rice cereal

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS

Step 1

HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions using oil, water and eggs. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until set in center.

Step 2

SPRINKLE evenly with peanut butter cups and peanuts. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until peanut butter cups begin to melt.

Step 3

MICROWAVE chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter and salt in medium microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until melted and smooth when stirred. Stir in cereal and vanilla. Spread evenly over brownies. Chill 2 hours or until top layer is firm.
