Peppermint Cake Mix Cookies
1 package Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Yellow Cake Mix
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup crushed candy canes
HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat baking sheets with no-stick cooking spray.
BEAT cake mix, butter and eggs in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until dough forms. Mix in white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes.
ROLL dough into 48 (1-inch) balls. Place on prepared baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Add additional crushed candy canes to the outside of the balls (optional). Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until edges are set.
