Ingredients
PUMPKIN CRANBERRY QUICK BREAD INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 box Pillsbury™ Pumpkin Quick Bread & Muffin Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup whole cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
FROSTING INGREDIENTS:
  • ¼ cup Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Cream Cheese Flavored Frosting
  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped (optional)
Preparation Directions
PUMPKIN CRANBERRY QUICK BREAD INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Step 1Set oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2In a large mixing bowl, combine quick bread mix, water, oil, and eggs per package instructions.
  • Step 3Gently fold in the chopped cranberries and optional chopped pecans into batter.
  • Step 4Pour batter into 9-inch loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.
FROSTING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Step 1After pumpkin bread has cooled, frost the top using a spatula or knife with the cream cheese frosting.
  • Step 2Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of loaf if desired.
