Red, White and Blueberry Brownies
Additional Ingredients per package instructions
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
Heat oven to 350°F. Coat bottom of 9x13-inch pan lightly with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine brownie mix, packet of chocolate-flavored syrup, oil, water and egg in a large bowl. Stir 50 strokes with spoon. Spread into prepared pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Once cooled, spread a thin layer of cream cheese frosting on entire brownie. Arrange blueberries in rows in top left corner. Place strawberry slices in 5 rows. Garnish tops with sprinkles. Place frosting into a piping bag or Ziploc bag with corner tip cut and pipe frosting between rows of strawberry slices. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
