St. Patrick's Day Cake Mix Cookies Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Premium Cake and Cupcake Mix
½ cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips
Green food coloring
Green sanding sugar
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 375° F.
Step 2
MIX together cake mix, oil and 2 eggs until combined. Add in green food coloring until desired color is reached. Stir in one cup of white chocolate chips.
Step 3
FORM into small dough balls. Roll each cookie in green sanding sugar.
Step 4
BAKE on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Step 5
LET cool completely and enjoy!
