INGREDIENTS

1 box Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Strawberry Cake Mix

1 8oz block of cream cheese, softened in the microwave

1 egg

⅓ cup oil

1 12oz bag white chocolate chips

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS

Step 1

HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat baking sheets with no-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

BEAT cake mix, cream cheese, egg and oil in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until dough forms. Mix in white chocolate chips.

Step 3

Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes or until the outside looks dry but not browned (the inside will be soft).

Optional: while the cookie is still warm, use a medium round cookie cutter or small glass to shape the cookies into perfect circles. Let cool and enjoy.
