Strawberry Poke Cake
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions
1 box (4-serving size) strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Mermaid Strawberry Flavored Frosting
12 fresh strawberries, cut in half
PREHEAT oven to 350℉.
PREPARE cake mix according to package instructions. Pour batter into a 13x9 baking pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
BAKE for 28-32 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
PREPARE gelatin by pouring boiling water over gelatin powder and stir until completely dissolved. Poke cake with a fork in ½ inch intervals. Pour gelatin over cake and chill in fridge for atleast 1 hour.
SPREAD frosting over the top and top with package sprinkles. Cut into 12 equal pieces and garnish each piece with a strawberry.
