Triple Chocolate Pretzel Brownie Bars
1 (14 oz.) can
1 cup butterscotch baking chips
1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed pretzel twists
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
HEAT oven to 350°F. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edge of pan. Coat with no-stick cooking spray.
STIR brownie mix, oil and eggs in large bowl until evenly moistened. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes.
POUR sweetened condensed milk over brownie. Layer with butterscotch chips and pretzels. Bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes longer or until center is firm. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cool completely.
