LINE 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
PREPARE cake mix according to package instructions. Divide into prepared baking cups. Bake and cool according to package instructions.
SPOON Valentine’s Day frosting into large pastry bag fitted with large open star tip. Beginning at center of cupcakes, pipe frosting in a tight, circular pattern, gradually moving toward outside edge. Dye about ½ cup Funfetti Vanilla frosting with green food coloring. Add to a piping bag fitted with a leaf tip. Add leaves. Decorate with candy bits from the Valentine’s Day frosting.
