Chocolate Dipped Pumpkin Cookies
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup melted chocolate
¼ cup fall sprinkles
PUMPKIN COOKIE INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Pillsbury™ Perfectly Pumpkin Cookie Mix, butter, egg, and Pillsbury™ Best All Purpose Flour until incorporated.
Form dough into individual tablespoon sized balls, place 2 inches apart onto baking sheet and press flat.
Bake cookies for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
CHOCOLATE DIPPED PUMPKIN COOKIE INSTRUCTIONS:
In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate in the microwave in 10 second intervals and stir. Continue until melted.
After the cookies have cooled, dip each halfway into the bowl of melted chocolate, shake off any excess chocolate.
Place on cookie sheet to cool and harden.
Place Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Cream Cheese Flavored Frosting in a piping bag or plastic bag with corner tip cut. Using a back and forth motion drizzle frosting onto cookies and sprinkle with fall inspired sprinkles.
