Frosted Christmas Tree Cookies Recipe
Additional ingredients to prepare cookie mix per package directions
Green, yellow and brown miniature candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
PREPARE cookie dough according to package directions. Roll into 36 balls. Place on baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Flatten with bottom of floured glass to 1 1/2-inch diameter. Bake according to package directions. Cool completely.
SPREAD frosting evenly over tops of cookies.
ARRANGE 10 green candy pieces on top of each cookie to form a triangular tree shape. Place 1 yellow candy at top of tree to resemble star and 1 brown candy at base of tree to resemble trunk. Let stand until frosting is set.
