2 1/2 cups Pillsbury BEST Multi-Purpose Gluten Free Flour Blend

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons quick rise yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup warm milk (120° to 130°F)

2 eggs

1/4 cup butter, melted


Step 1

HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 8x4-inch loaf pan with no-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

COMBINE flour, sugar, yeast and salt in large bowl. Beat in milk with electric mixer on MEDIUM speed until combined. Add eggs and butter. Beat 2 minutes until smooth. Cover. Let rest in warm place 10 minutes.

Step 3

STIR dough. Place in prepared pan. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Bake 40 to 42 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
