Halloween Cookie Cake Skillet Recipe
1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Halloween Cake Mix
1 stick of butter, melted
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Halloween Frosting
Piping tip (number 1M)
Optional: ice cream
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Mix eggs and melted butter until combined. Add Funfetti cake mix and chocolate chips and stir until combined.
GREASE an ovenproof skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Spread cookie cake dough evenly into the skillet.
BAKE for 20-25 minutes or until cookie cake is lightly golden brown. Cool completely.
SPOON frosting into a piping bag fitted with piping tip 1M. Pipe a decorative border around the edge of the cookie cake. Add sprinkles from frosting lid. Top with ice cream if desired.
