Halloween Eyeball Cupcakes Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Slime Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box directions
1 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Slime Vanilla Frosting
2 tubs Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Vanilla Frosting
Food coloring: blue, purple, pink
Piping bags
Piping tip (number 2A)
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREPARE cake mix according to box instructions using water, oil and eggs to make 24 cupcakes. Cool completely.
Step 2
DIVIDE Funfetti Vanilla frosting into medium bowls and tint with desired colors (blue, purple and pink).
Step 3
SPOON frostings into piping bags fitted with open piping tips. Pipe a swirl onto each cupcake. Add candy eyeballs included with Slime Vanilla frosting. Top with remaining sprinkles. Serve and enjoy!
