Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizzas
1 package Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Mix
Additional ingredients per packaging instructions
Fresh fruit: slice strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, pineapple, and more!
Heat oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, softened butter and egg in medium bowl. Mix until soft dough is formed. Form dough by rounded 1.5 teaspoons. Place onto ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375°F 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set. Cool completely.
Spread each cookie with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture. Arrange sliced fruit on top of each cookie. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate before serving. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
