Apple Cider Bundt Cake
1 cup apple cider
4 large eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp apple pie spice
3 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray bundt pan with baking spray.
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Beat together for two minutes. Pour into bundt pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely in the pan before removing.
When ready to serve, combine sugar and spice. Brush cake with melted butter. Then, press sugar mixture into the cake until fully coated. Enjoy!
