Fudge Fondue with Brownies and Fresh Fruit
Additional ingredients to prepare brownie mix per package instructions
1/4 cup hot water
Assorted bite-size pieces of fresh fruit, such as strawberries, apples, bananas
LINE 8-inch square baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Coat lightly with no-stick cooking spray.
PREPARE brownie mix according to package instructions using oil, water and egg. Bake in prepared pan according to package instructions. Cool completely. Place in freezer 20 minutes for ease in cutting. Lift brownies from pan using edges of foil. Cut into bite-size pieces.
PLACE frosting in medium microwave-safe bowl. Gradually add water, stirring until smooth. Microwave on HIGH 30 to 40 seconds or until thin enough for dipping. Serve warm with brownie bites and fresh fruit.
