Ingredients to prepare cake mix according to package instructions
2 tubs White Frosting
Mini candy canes
Prepare cupcakes according to box instructions, let cool completely.
Place White Frosting into a large piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
Holding the piping bag at a 90 degree angle, squeeze frosting out while wiggling your wrist left to right to make a “whipped cream” look.
Top with mini marshmallows, chocolate syrup and a mini candy cane.
