PREPARE cake mix according to package directions using water, oil and eggs to make 24 cupcakes. Cool completely.
FROST cupcakes with green frosting. Arrange on large platter to form a number shape that corresponds with child"s age. Combine candy bits from both containers of frosting. Sprinkle over cupcakes.
PLACE purple frosting in decorating bag fitted with medium star tip. Pipe frosting around top outside edge of number shape to create a decorative border.
