Pencil Cupcake Cake
Ingredients to prepare mix
1 container Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Neon Yellow Vanilla Flavored Frosting
Brown food coloring
Green food coloring
Black food coloring
Preheat oven to 350℉. Line muffin tins with 24 cupcake liners.
Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
Tint 1/2 vanilla frosting light brown with brown food coloring. Tint 1/2 vanilla frosting with green food coloring.
Ice 5 cupcakes with light brown tinted frosting.
Frost 3 cupcakes with green tinted frosting.
Tint any extra green and light brown frosting with black food coloring.
Frost 1 cupcake with black tinted frosting.
Frost 3 cupcakes with Hot Pink Vanilla Frosting and sprinkle with hot pink sugar.
Frost remaining 12 cupcakes with Neon Yellow Frosting and sprinkle with sprinkles.
Arrange frosted cupcakes in pencil shape on serving tray.
