Pumpkin Spice Cutout Cookies
HEAT oven to 375°F. Beat cookie mix, flour, butter and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until dough forms. Shape dough into ball. Roll dough on lightly floured surface to slightly thinner than 1/4-inch thickness. Cut out shapes with floured 2 1/2 or 3-inch cookie cutters. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
REMOVE cap and foil seal from frosting; microwave on HIGH power 30 to 40 seconds. Stir warmed frosting until it is the consistency of a smooth glaze. Spread over cookies. Decorate cookies as desired. Let stand until frosting is set.
