Funfetti® Halloween Four-Layer Boo Cake
Cake Preparation Directions:
Set oven to 350°F. Coat bottom of 8-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, beat 1 box cake mix, oil, water, and eggs per package instructions.
Pour batter into 2 8-inch cake pans and bake for 34-38 minutes.
Four-layer Cake Decoration Preparation Directions
Once the cakes have cooled, slice layers horizontally to create 2 layers.
Use a small circle cutter to cut out centers out of 3 layers only.
Assemble cake on cake stand or serving plate by stacking the 3 cake layers with center holes, and spread frosting between each layer.
Before adding last cake layer, pour desired candies like peanut butter cups, and round chocolate candies into center cavity, then top with last cake layer.
To make frosting easier, chill layered cake for 30 minutes.
Once chilled, frost outside of cake with orange frosting with a knife, spatula, piping bag or plastic bag with corner tip cut.
