Funfetti® Halloween Cupcake Towers Recipe
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box directions
Orange and black food coloring
Piping tip (number 1M)
PREPARE cake mix according to box instructions using water, oil and eggs to make 24 cupcakes. Divde batter in two and place into two medium mixing bowls. Dye one half of the batter orange with food coloring and dye the other half of the batter with black food coloring. Bake according to box instructions. Cool completely.
SPOON each frosting tub into a piping bag fitted with a piping tip (number 1M).
REMOVE cupcake wrappers from cooled cupcakes carefully. Carefully slice each cupcake in half horizontally.
PIPE Funfetti Halloween frosting onto the dyed black cupcakes and pipe Funfetti Midnight Black frosting onto the dyed orange cupcakes. Top with sprinkles included with frosting lids.
