Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box directions
1 package OREO® Halloween Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
Orange candy melts
Piping tip (2A)
PREPARE cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil and eggs to make 24 cupcakes. Cool completely.
MELT orange candy melts in a medium bowl in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Unwrap chocolate candies. Dip each chocolate candy into the orange candy melt and let dry on wax paper or parchment paper.
SPOON frosting into a piping bag fitted with open tip 2A. Pipe frosting onto each cupcake by placing in the middle and applying slight pressure to the piping bag.
Step 4TOP each cupcake with an OREO® Halloween Chocolate Sandwich Cookie. Pipe another small dollop of frosting on top and add the dipped chocolate candy to add the top of the “hat”. Top with sprinkles from frosting lid.
